MIN SUNG'S URBANIC SPACE

From 13th March to 30th March, my classmates and I taught Korean (for travel) to Vietnamese staffs. In total, we have had six lessons. The first three lessons were used for teaching essential Korean words and sentences. The second three lessons were used for teaching and providing some useful tips for the travel in Korea. Although six lessons were not perfect as what the academy would have prepared, I hope Vietnamese staffs found these lessons were useful and enjoyable! These are the boxes for collecting items for the flea market. Unfortunately, we could not find any big boxes that can afford many items. However, we will regularly collect them to make more free space in the boxes. Through the student council, promotion on this activity also has been introduced to every students and teachers in the school.

 One of the valuable memories that I had in 2015 was a week-long trip to Kansai region. I went there with my best friend, Kunho, who can speak Japanese fluently but can't read and write any. Since I didn't speak Japanese that fluently, but I could read and write Japanese, so we decided to travel Japan together.  When the twilight comes to one of apartments in Osaka  Beautiful contrail  Roaming around Namba and now we heading to Dotonbori  Dotonbori river makes beautiful scenery with the twilight.  It was the second day. We went to Kyoto. Rain started fall from the early morning. Weather was a bit rainy and cloudy. Kamo river  Roamed around in Gion-Shijo for an hour. We started to feel empty in our stomach. We went to the random Karedon (Tonkatsu with Curry) restaurant. But it was the best choices among all decisions those we made in Kansai trip.  After finishing our lunch, we really wanted to visit the hot spring...

 Office industries in this city take huge attribution to the city's economy. Offices were used to located at the middle of this city. However, centralized urban planning led to serious congestion issues in the urban area of this city. To solve this issue, the government buildings moved to the far-west side of the city and lots of companies followed this tendency to moving companies' locations. As result, this city is having balanced traffic congestion.  This area is specialized for IT companies. Four metro lines, five bus lines, and one expressway are helping commuters from in/out of this city.  To increase the capability of carrying and receiving freights, I constructed one more airport that supports the freight side of the original airport. The train connection between these two airports was also constructed so many passengers and firms are getting benefits from the improvement of infrastructure.  This city is an oil-rich city....

When we think about the virtual share exchange, we usually imagine a competition that runs by banks. We had a short discussion on the American energy market. But nobody invested their money in the US's energy market, but they invested their money in the entertainment companies. Basically, the P/E ratio was way larger than 10 so nobody saw a possibility from the current US energy industry.

 Recently, I started new city plan. It is called "Project Eternity". For this city planning, I focused on citizens' life satisfaction. I installed each school, police office, and fire house at the edge of the avenue. And also, I decreased income tax and cooperate tax to boost the civil economy. In result, these strategies lower the external costs and increased citizens' satisfaction.  International Airport is located in the South Western part of the city. The location was considered to reduce the noise pollution as much as I can. Besides the airport, that gray area is a specialized zone for trading companies. About 10000 citizens are working in this area.  This area is like 'Manhattan' for the city. This area is located in the middle of the city. This area is being divided into three sectors.
