[URBAN PLANNING NEWS] Seoul's new urban planning scheme on restricting levels of buildings

After the US military base decided to move its base from Seoul to the Southern part of Gyeonggi province, the Seoul government is thinking of placing a park in that place. However, in order to make landscape much prettier, Seoul newly set a standard for a limitation on maximum levels of building nearby. As a result, Seoul may reduce the negative externality produced by the urban heat island.

I am pretty sure that the skyline of Seoul would look much better in 20 years later. It's time for SEOUL to give itself an innovation!
